2) Flat Rate $5 with Correos de Costa Rica or with Glovo if needed faster for an additional charge

For USA, Mexico, Central America, Europe, Canada, South America, and the Caribbean: $6.5

Privacy Policy

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. The information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

When becoming a member or agreeing to our email subscription, we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as promotions, marketing, etc. If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy and you are a member of our website, we will notify you that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

Exchange & Return Policy

If you feel dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can both improve our products and find a way to compensate you for your trouble.
Compensation measures will depend on the magnitude of the issue, including quality distastes, time-delay problems, wrong merchandise delivery, among others.
Compensation measures include, but are not limited to discount coupons and refunds (not including shipping and tax costs).
All shipping and tax costs will be covered by the client unless previously accorded.

Shipping Policy

We accept orders from all over the world. However, there are some locations that we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

We offer Worldwide Shipping to be carried out by our local carrier, Correos de Costa Rica, but in case of needing a faster shipping option, please choose Express Shipping. Our Standard Shipping method is called Certified Shipping and comes with a tracking number that can be consulted on while in Costa Rica, and then on the country of delivery post mail office.

Our packaging methods are made of 100% recycled material although we can’t guarantee the carrier won’t add other package materials during their shipping activities. In case of paid express shipping, costs will be charged according to weight and travel distance as stated by the carrier, and in other cases, by a fixed rate according to travel distance. If you want to avoid shipping costs, we offer the possibility to pick up at our store in Costa Rica, or shop for order over $59 USD.

Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees, VAT or import duties charged during the process of delivering your order. These fees are controlled by government authorities in your home county and vary from place to place. This being said, by purchasing from our store, you consent to any fees which may apply when the shipment arrives in your country. We will not be responsible por paying such.

Our delivery estimate starts from the moment an order is accepted. If you do not receive your order within our estimated timeframe of a maximum of 50 days, you may request a refund. Please see our Return Policy for further information.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking information. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than five business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
